Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo Wild Wings first opened their doors in 1982 with one restaurant in Columbus, Ohio and has grown into a popular, mainstream restaurant with a store in every state in the United States. They have even begun to open up stores around the world. Their slogan is â€Å"Wings. Beer. Sports.† This restaurant prides itself on being the ultimate place to gather with friends to grab some excellent wings, drink one of their many beers on tap, and watch sports. The†¦show more content†¦To begin, the service setting was less than ideal. The restaurant is known for all of the TVs displaying sports, but the TVs were set up too loud. I felt that I had to yell to talk to my friend across the table or else he wouldn’t have heard me. The seating and tables were much too close to one another. My chair kept colliding with the person behind me, despite us not being pushed too far away from our own tables. The waiters and waitresses were trying their best to provide great service, but it was easy to tell how inexperienced they were. Our waitress pushily asked for our drink order and without a pause to get our drinks she wanted to know our food order. We were in no particular hurry, but it seemed like she was. When she came back for our food order, another server interrupted her about information about a type of wing sauce. Our waitress then proceeded to walk off with the other server in the middle of us ordering. We felt disrespected and Once we received our food, I was finally excited. The wrap I had was good, but messily put together by the cooks. As I dug into my French fries, I was even more let down. They tasted soggy and cold, like they had been sitting there for over an hour. Marilyn Hagerty, a famous food critic, had the same comment as I about the french fries. â€Å"On the downside, the food at times seemed too rushed and like fast food rather than a sit down restaurant,† Marilyn quoted (Gibson, M. 2014).
